Although we are happy to provide our customers with
Ad-hoc support we always recommend our customers
think about a service agreement, this enables us to build a knowledge of your
systems, reducing the time taken to resolve issues.
With a service agreement you will get regular advice and
help,
and we have the opportunity to enhance the efficiency of
your systems.
For Ad-Hoc support our technicians can either visit your
premises (Travel time
applies) or you can bring the equipment
to our fully equipped workshop.
Wherever possible all charges will be detailed prior to
commencement of any work.
